Laura (Liang) Ding, directs Mowry & Grimson's operations in Shanghai. Ms. Ding has extensive knowledge of the U.S Department of Commerce's non market economy methodologies and policies. She also has significant experience in antidumping matters, including data preparation and analysis, preparation of questionnaire responses and overall client management. Prior to joining Mowry & Grimson, Ms. Ding worked for the Advanced Technology Group at the State of Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development as a research intern where she also assisted the International Office at DBED with Chinese trade-related issues. Before coming to the United States, Ms. Ding worked for U.S.-based Element Equipment Company in China. Ms. Ding is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
